Job description: Project/Construction Account Manager (On-Site, Full-Time)

Sacramento, CA | Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm (On-site only)

The Role:

You’ll be the day-to-day partner for construction superintendents and clients, coordinating services, equipment, schedules, and documentation across multiple active projects.

What You'll Do:

Account & Project Coordination

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts and superintendents
  • Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and status updates
  • Track milestones, issues, and next steps across multiple jobs

Client Communication & Service

  • Provide proactive updates to clients and internal teams
  • Document conversations and decisions via follow-up emails

Equipment & Vendor Management 

  • Check supplier inventory and place/track orders
  • Arrange scissor-lift rentals (rates, delivery, pickup); confirm delivery dates
  • Request quotes for fire & security services; coordinate vendor work 

Fire/Security Administration

  • Ensure alarm codes are active; update as needed
  • Follow up on fire plans weekly until approved; log verbal + email confirmations
  • Schedule technician visits for owner alarm training
  • Create and maintain current alarm code sheets 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 2+ years in account management, construction coordination, or related field
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Salesforce
  • Nice to have: experience with construction services, low-voltage, security/fire systems, or equipment rentals 

Schedule & Work Location: 

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm (Onsite only)
  • On-site (not remote/hybrid), Located off Hwy 50 & Mather Field Rd, Sacramento, CA
